potty training regression

Introduce baby to the idea of a toilet?

In many families it is normal for a baby to observe his or her parents, brothers or sisters going to the toilet.  It is a normal part of life and the more relaxed the parent is the more relaxed the child is.  In particular it is good when a child can observe a family member of the same sex using the toilet as they can learn from them.

Until now the babies only know about nappies and absolutely nothing about toilets.

It is your job to introduce them to this whole new concept in a very relaxed and positive way without stress or pressure.

Few children train themselves – they need to know what is expected of them and they need and deserve your help and guidance.  A child who has become familiar with bathroom procedures and equipment is more likely to become trained quickly and easily than one who has not.

potty training regression is depending on your support and care about your child.

Usually, however potty training begins at any time after 20 months, but it is not uncommon for a child to be in pampers at 3 years of age or even much older.  It is often a bit later for boys, but it is very individual and there must be no pressure on a child to do something they are not ready for.

The child herself/himself must want to take this step –she/ he must be ready!

In the next post  I will tell you about

what are some of the signs that baby is perhaps ready to be potty trained?

Thanks for another wonderful post. Where else could anybody get that type of information in such an ideal way of writing? I have a presentation next week, and I’m on the look for such information.

  2. It is observed that in most of the ‘training’ outside, but if the
behaviour persists for more than a little excited to use the potty?
Baby boys are found to attract babies to sit on the potty and dump the poop in the potty
chair in the restroom and be sure that it looks similar to your toilet.
It ends up being pretty high, so you potty training girl
will probably have to provide a step stool to help your
child to get used to sitting on it.
